This refresher training and skill assessment provided by NMSU EH&S is required to maintain NMSU permit for aerial lift operations. Prerequisite: Initial Aerial Lift Safety Class. Contents: 1.Hands-on review of aerial lift operations. 2.Review of techniques for safe lift use. 3.Hazards associated with aerial lift use. 4.Discussion/check of Federal and State regulations on lift operations and overview of OSHA 1910.178. Who should attend: All NMSU employees with aerial lift operator permit. Training Frequency: Refresher required every 3 years (at minimum).
