Description
In the last decade, innovations like adaptive learning, smartphones, learning analytics, OER, and MOOCs have been chipping away at the corners of traditional higher education. Then came COVID-19, causing a rapid acceleration of the adoption of these kinds of technology and new pedagogies in under a month.

The next wave of disruption to higher ed will not come from more technology to incorporate into teaching, but will be caused by the existence of advanced technology in the workforce. Technology like artificial intelligence (AI) will force us to alter the content we teach, how we assess, and how we design programs, modalities, and curriculum in order to stay relevant as educational institutions.

What can you do in the short and long-term to begin preparing for the future that is coming whether you like it or not?
