All employers must complete and retain a form I-9 for every individual hired for employment. To comply with this federal requirement, NMSU utilizes an electronic system to complete I-9s and conduct employment authorization checks utilizing E-Verify. This on demand training is required for all users of the I-9 management system and gives an overview of the requirements of completing I-9s, E-Verify and the I-9 management system.
