The purpose of this training is to help you with hiring regular staff and faculty. By the end of this training, you will be able to identify and locate the different resources for hiring, prepare a recruitment, create a posting, describe the selection process and hiring proposal, and complete the recruitment process and onboard the new employee. This training will also cover the submission of new position, reclassification, and modification actions.
