This training is to ensure continued understanding and adherence to the discharge prevention procedures presented in the NMSU SPCC (Spill Prevention Controls and Countermeasures) Plan, and will highlight and describe known discharge events or failures, malfunctioning components, and recently implemented precautionary measures and best practices. Facility operators and other personnel will have the opportunity during the briefings to share recommendations concerning health, safety, and environmental issues encountered during facility operations.
